Your Greek tax number (AFM / TIN), sorted across Greece
From the first form to your myAADE login, we get your AFM issued — whether you live in Greece or are applying from abroad for property, work or the Golden Visa.
We will…
Tell us why you need the number
A two-minute message about your purchase, investment or Golden Visa is enough for us to confirm the exact documents and quote a fixed fee — no guessing, no creeping costs.
Sign once, send by email
You return a power of attorney and a couple of scans. From there our Greek tax representative lodges the file at the correct DOY for foreign residents while you carry on with your day.
Receive a number that works abroad
Your nine-digit AFM comes back to you with myAADE access set up, ready to pass to your lawyer, notary or bank — all without a flight to Greece.
What is the TIN — and why you need one in Greece
Everyone who deals with Greece financially needs an AFM — the Greek Tax Identification Number. Expats, remote workers, property buyers and investors all hit the same first hurdle.
We are specialists in the Greek tax number and the steps around it. We prepare your file, work with the right DOY, register you on Taxisnet / myAADE, and — for non-residents — file through a tax representative so you never need to travel.

Local, fast and honest
The AFM is issued by the Greek tax office (DOY) and managed online through myAADE. Non-residents obtain it via a tax representative without visiting Greece. We help clients nationwide — Athens, Thessaloniki, Crete and across the islands.
Built for distance
Everything is engineered to work from another country: power of attorney, courier and email. A trip to Greece is never part of the plan.
Investor-fluent
We speak the language of notaries, lawyers and Golden Visa timelines, so the AFM never becomes the thing that stalls your deal.
One fee, agreed first
You see the full cost before we start. What we quote is what you pay, with nothing added at the end.
A registered representative included
We supply the Greek tax representative your file legally needs, rather than leaving you to find one yourself.

How the TIN works in Greece
The AFM appointment, the paperwork, the tax office (DOY) — answered.
Yes — it is what we do all day. A power of attorney lets our Greek tax representative register the AFM at the correct DOY for foreign residents, and the number comes back to you by email.
Even a single purchase requires it. You cannot be named on the deed, fund a Greek bank account, or file the transfer tax without an AFM, regardless of where you live.
Non-residents fall under the Athens DOY for foreign residents, not a local branch. Sending the file to the right office is one of the things we get correct from the start.
A φορολογικός εκπρόσωπος is a Greece-resident contact registered against your AFM. For non-residents it is the mechanism that makes remote registration possible, and we include one.
Usually not for a remote purchase or a passive Golden Visa. The AMKA, the social-insurance number, only becomes relevant once you live, work or use healthcare in Greece.
With a complete file and a signed power of attorney, the AFM is typically issued in one to two working days, with myAADE access set up alongside it.
