TIN Greece registers the Greek AFM (the country's Tax Identification Number) for people who are buying, investing or applying for the Golden Visa from outside Greece — and want it done without ever leaving home.
We grew out of a simple frustration our clients kept voicing: they were ready to buy a Greek home or commit to the Golden Visa, only to be blocked at the first hurdle by a tax number that, on paper, seemed to require their physical presence.
It does not. Greek law allows a non-resident to register an AFM through a resident tax representative, and that single mechanism is the heart of what we do — for buyers, heirs, founders and Golden Visa families, week in and week out.
