Yes. Citizenship does not change the rule: anyone named on a Greek sale deed or transferring purchase funds needs an AFM, and we register it for you remotely.
EU and EEA buyers face lighter representation requirements than non-EU clients, but for a clean remote filing we still handle the DOY submission so nothing depends on you being present.
No. The number registers your identity, not a liability. Tax only follows if you earn, own or sell in Greece.
Not at all. You register as a non-resident now; when you relocate, the AFM is simply transferred to your Greek address and any representation is lifted.
